A Bit About Me

I’m a single parent raising two incredible kids who challenge me, inspire me, and remind me every day what really matters. Our life isn’t picture-perfect—but it’s full of love, laughter, learning, and plenty of mess along the way.

Professionally, I wear a few hats. I’ve built small businesses from the ground up, developed training programs, helped others get organized (physically and mentally), and written more than my fair share of content to help people live and work better. Whether it’s teaching someone how to manage their time or helping them emotionally declutter their home, I love creating systems that make people feel more capable and less overwhelmed.

What You’ll Find Here

This blog is all about real life—not the polished version, but the one with crumbs under the couch cushions and emotions that don’t always behave. Here, I talk about:

  • Parenting from the heart, especially through tough transitions like divorce or shared custody
  • Emotional intelligence and how to raise kids who are self-aware, kind, and resilient
  • Setting goals with your children and building trust, structure, and connection
  • Thriving as a single parent, even when it feels like you’re barely holding it together
  • Building routines and systems that actually work for real families
  • And the occasional deep-dive into things like mental health, identity, and how we keep showing up for our people—and ourselves

My goal is always to make you feel less alone and more equipped—like someone out there gets it and has your back.

Why I Do This

Life can be hard. Parenting can be harder. And doing it while managing work, emotions, relationships, and growth? That’s Olympic-level stuff.

I started this blog because I believe in honesty, community, and the power of telling the truth—especially the messy kind. I’m not here to tell you how to “do it right.” I’m here to share what’s working, what’s not, and what we can learn along the way.

Let’s Stay Connected

I’d love to hear from you—whether it’s in the comments, via email, or on social media. Share your story, ask questions, or just say hi. This space isn’t just mine—it’s ours.

Thanks for being here. Let’s keep growing together.
